- Provide a complete technical review of masonry details and specifications.
- Proved value engineering for masonry systems including consultation on wall cost and material selection.
Construction Site Observation
- Perform quality insurance inspections during the masonry construction phase.
- Conduct on-site conference meetings and provide written progress reports.
Masonry Inspection & Restoration
- Perform detailed field inspection and provide condition assessment surveys for existing masonry wall and paving systems.
- Provide remedial repair and restoration recommendations.
Forensic Investigation
- Conduct complete investigation of non-structural masonry failures and provide a comprehensive written report.
- Provide expert witness and legal testimony.
- Assist in litigation preparation.
